Krishi Darshan: on DD Malayalam
The most extensive intervention by Prasar Bharati to strengthen public service broadcasting and developmental communication. Krishi Darshan comments telecast on May 2nd, 2005 with a five day telecast scheduled from Monday to Friday at 6 p.m. and which is also repeated at 6.30 a.m. in RLSS. Programme includes features, documentaries, success stories of farmers, research inputs, quiz, crop seminars and live phoning programme. Jeeva Jalakom quiz series which is being telecast on all Tuesdays as part of Krishi Darshan. It has a major participatory communication exercise with the Animal Husbandry Department of Kerala State. Farmers can talk to experts on all Fraidays in the live phoning programme.
